Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window We want you to love your WigWonders purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
2. Strict Hygiene & Return Conditions Because wigs are personal hygiene products, we maintain strict quality and health standards to protect all our customers. To be eligible for a return, the wig must meet ALL of the following conditions:

Unaltered Lace: The lace MUST NOT be cut or altered in any way.

Unworn & Unused: The wig must show no signs of wear, brushing, or styling.

Unscented & Clean: It must be free from any odors, perfumes, makeup, or hair product residue.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, unopened condition with all tags, hairnets, and protective packaging completely intact.
Non-returnable items include:

Wigs with cut lace, removed tags, or any signs of wear.

Custom-made, personalized, or color-matched wigs.

Clearance items or gift cards.
3. Return Process

Initiate: Please email our customer support team at ljirong17@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return. If you are claiming a quality defect, you must attach clear photos or videos.

Review: Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days.

Ship: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address. Please do not send items back to the address on the original package without our explicit approval, or your return will not be accepted. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Store's Fault (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item): We sincerely apologize. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged.

Customer's Fault (Change of Mind, Ordered Wrong Style/Color): You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. A $6.00 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and strictly inspected at our facility (please allow 3-5 business days for inspection), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
6. Order Cancellations Cancellations are only accepted if you contact us at ljirong17@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order, or before the item has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process outlined above.
