Care Instructions:

• Use heat tools on a low/medium setting and a heat protectant when styling.
• Store on a wig stand when not in use to preserve shape.

- “Change of mind” returns allowed only for unworn, unopened items.

- Covered issues: excessive shedding, major color mismatch vs description, lace/cap damage, defective clips/combs.

- Photo/video proof required for review.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

- Worn, tried-on, cut, or styled wigs (including tag/lace removal).

- Custom or personalized wigs.

- Clearance/sale items, gift cards.

- Items damaged by improper care.
